As an educator, therapist and founder of academyCP and ApothecaryTSC, she is dedicated to creating training and products that support the people at the heart of the industry. Her work blends anatomy, emotional intelligence and practical skill to help therapists feel confident, valued and inspired in their careers. Every course, workshop and product is designed with one purpose — to make the working life of a therapist lighter, healthier and more joyful.

academyCP was created to bring clarity, confidence and calm to the way therapists learn. Rooted in anatomy, touch therapy and practical skill, our training focuses on what really matters in the treatment room: safe technique, healthy body mechanics and a deeper understanding of how the body responds to touch.

Founded by Catherine, a massage and complementary therapies educator, academyCP blends science with simplicity. Every workshop is designed to strengthen professional identity, protect therapist wellbeing and give learners skills they can use immediately in real‑world settings. Whether working with FE colleges, spas, salons or independent therapists, the aim is always the same — to make learning feel structured, supportive and genuinely useful.

Alongside education, apothecaryTSC offers a small, intentional range of botanical skincare designed to complement facial massage and support skin health. Each formula is created with essential oils, gentle plant actives and textures that feel grounding and calm. The skincare and the training share the same philosophy: thoughtful ingredients, clear technique and a focus on how people feel in their bodies.
